AWAD2019 ‘Young Researcher Poster Award’ 수상
2019년 7월 1일~3일까지 부산 해운대 한화리조트에서 개최된 Asia-Pacific Workshop on Fundamentals and Applications of Advanced Semiconductor Devices(AWAD 2019) 학회에서 권혁수 박사과정의 논문이 우수논문으로 선정되어 Young Researcher Poster Award 상을 수상하였다.
연구의 제목은 Slingshot Pull-in Mechanism of Nanoelectromechanical Memory Switches for Low Power Operation이며, Nanoelectromechanical ( NEM ) 소자의 새로운 동작 메커니즘 ( Slingshot pull-in ) 을 제시하여 기존의 동일 소자 대비 동작 전압을 최대 0.84배 감소시킬 수 있음을 세계 최초로 제시 및 분석하였다.
